Corp., started their professional quality handcrafted business early 1945, during a monumental time in our country’s era when the steamer trunk and foot locker industry were at their peak popularity and growth. A father and his two sons opened Biltmore Trunk in Brooklyn, NY and his third son Bernard “Barney” joined in the business after the war ended. Barney’s son-in-law, Frank – current owner and CEO of Biltmore, has since carried on the business which has lasted over seven decades. We are, as of recently, a 4th generation family owned business, as we have taken on the social media realm with the help of Frank’s daughter.
